A strong cold front will deliver South Florida’s first frigid temperatures of the season early next week, according to the National Weather Service.
It’s unclear if the chill will be cold enough — or hang around long enough — . But ready or not, South Florida is about experience its first real taste of fall.
Temperatures are predicted to dip into the high 50s Tuesday morning as a chilly mass of winter air sweeps south over Florida. The cold air will stick around on Wednesday, dipping into the low and mid 50s.
