Toll increases on Card Sound Road will be enforced starting next month.
From 1969 to 2015, the Card Sound toll in Monroe County remained the same, just 50 cents an axle, cash only.
The now automated tolls will be adjusted to $2.05 for cars, pick up trucks and motorcycles traveling to and from the Keys 鈥� starting in Oct. 1.
For Toll-by-plate users, it鈥檒l be an extra dollar and 4 cents.
But two discounted programs are available to vehicles with good-standing SunPass accounts.
