With a busy travel weekend upon us, Spirit Airlines is warning of more misery at the airport.
Many families will be trying to fly home in time for the start of school. If they booked with Spirit, they could be in for a bumpy ride.
The airline is expected to cancel about 50% of its flights nationwide from Friday and into next week, continuing a weeklong trend of , CEO Ted Christie told reporters.
